Mission & Vision

The Placements, both for final jobs and Summer Internships is an integral part of the annual calendar of activities of the Placement Department of any College. SSB Group of Colleges has a well laid-out and systematic process of dovetailing student’s career aspirations with corporate’s expectations. The Placement Department at SSB comprise of the Student Committee and the faculty members of each stream of courses offered.

The leading companies from all the sectors are invited on the campus, where the eligible students are facilitated to go through the entire selection process.

Training and Development

Training department help the students to improve their employability skills in order to face the campus interview confidently and also to meet out the corporate expectations. We offer both internal and external kind of training for the student right from first year. Training department provides aptitude, communication, Softskill, technical and programming training to the students as a value added programme.

Placement Support

  • Establishing Industry guided learning environment through International Symposium, Guest Lectures, seminars, presentations by the representatives of the Companies, Industry visits.
  • Organizing On-Campus as well as Off-Campus recruitment drives.
  • Assisting students in getting and completing summer training projects.
  • Organizing sessions on Personality Enhancement and Communication Skills.
  • Maintaining record of students and sending their C.V.s to various industries.
  • Organizing Inter-Cultural exchange with other institutions and industries.
